Yeah, I used a line from a song that won’t leave your head now. What I’m trying to convince you all on is that mortgage interest rates are so low that it makes up for any tax credit you missed. Think about the savings you’ll see for the next 30 years if you act now and purchase a place.  Talk to your mortgage broker and get all the details on what I’m talking about. Don’t sit home and talk about how you missed your opportunity to purchase the condo of your dreams.
