Leaf, Realtors® was founded by Kelly Gordon when she realized there was a better way to do things to respond to the current conditions in the local residential real estate market. Leaf, Realtors® is single-minded about offering the highest level of contemporary, professional real estate brokerage services. We only engage in activities that help our clients buy and/or sell homes. When you work with Leaf, Realtors®, there’s no pressure to use a particular lawyer, mortgage broker, or home warranty company. Additionally, we understand that the final decision about what to do at each stage of a transaction lies with the buyer and the seller, so we make sure we provide our customers with clear information and professional advice at every step of the process. This includes our attending all appraisals, home inspections, and closings.
No dual representation
We would rather give our commission money to our competition than represent both buyer and seller in the same transaction. We think disclosed dual agency is bad for buyers and sellers but we understand why some agents think its fine. Our clients hire us for our strong and uncompromised advocacy. We represent buyers and sellers but will never do so in the same transaction because we believe so strongly that we can only offer our clients full representation if we are not representing two sides of the same transaction.

Each year Leaf, Realtors ® donates 1% of our gross revenue to 1% For The Planet, an organization that supports environmental causes through its support of environmentally-conscious businesses around the world. Building a company from the ground up enables us to support causes we believe in. With success comes responsibility, our aim is to do good by doing well.

We let you sign documents in your PJs. Actually, we don’t care what you’re wearing then you sign off on an offer, contract, et cetera. What we care about is being able to make your real estate purchase or sale as straightforward as possible while giving you every possible advantage in the process. (When you have a time-sensitive response to make do you really want to have to worry about whether or not you have enough ink in your printer?)
